After Staci’s time in the US Coast Guard she worked for a large insurance company. On February 7, 1994 Staci was hired by Jim Coulsby to join his agency at Coulsby Insurance. After many great years growing the agency together, Jim offered to sell Staci the agency in August 2001. Staci loves time with her family and friends, being outdoors, traveling and (as anyone who knows her can attest to) her cat Pretty Pearl. She thanks each of you for allowing us to serve your important insurance needs.
Kasey is part of the Pappazi Insurance family and also happens to be Staci’s youngest son. Kasey started with the company part time in 2010 doing filing and database management. Over time, his expertise and responsibility have grown. He enjoys spending his time hiking, going to the gym, reading, and playing video games.
El moved to San Diego from the mid-west in February 2022. Former barista and coffee fanatic, they joined Pappazi as the newest Office Administrator in March. El first entered the insurance world through a previous data entry position, and now they aspire to earn their broker license and become a Pappazi Insurance agent. In their free time El loves to play video games, build miniatures, indulge in satisfying food, and soak up the sun at the beach. They are eager to learn, to grow, and provide quality service
Ashley studied Psychology at San Diego State University and fell head first into the insurance world. She started out as an Office Administrator and enjoyed it so much she decided to earn her Broker License towards the end of her first year at Pappazi. Now, she is our personal lines manager and handles new business. Ashley loves to craft, garden, and play video games in her spare time when she isn’t keeping her cat, Artemis, out of trouble.

We love your referrals. And we love supporting local animal rescue groups. This all started because Staci wanted to find a way to honor her mom who was an avid animal lover. There wasn’t a dog, cat or bird Staci’s mom wouldn’t help. It didn’t matter if they had dietary issues, medical problems or even didn’t play well with others…she took all she could. She gave them unconditional love and care. Staci knew how much this always cost her mom financially. When Staci’s mom passed in 2015 she decided to do something in her mom’s memory. It was an easy decision to help rescue groups. Staci personally knows these groups do so much with so little. We pick a different group each year.
